Citizen DUHET Jean-Baptiste was born in "Snerpond" (Sénarpont) in Picardy on June 24, 1775.
Details of his services, campaigns, and infirmity "Has completely lost the use of the right eye and is affected by spots on the left, as a result of an ophthalmia that renders him unable to perform his military service."
Signed by the members of the board of directors (4 signatures).
Dimensions: 30.5 cm x 21 cm.
