- July 1809. 2nd Light Infantry Regiment. Nomination proposal for the position of second lieutenant for Mr. DESPLAN, drum major, a member of the Legion of Honor, to replace Nicolas HENRIETTE who has been promoted to lieutenant.
Mr. DESPLAN's services and campaigns. Signed by "The Brigade General commanding the regiment."

Following the withdrawal of Lieutenant GRANDCHAMP from the 4th Grenadier Company, Mr. FOREST, from the 2nd Voltigeur Company, is proposed as the replacement. "This officer has consistently distinguished himself with a disciplined conduct, has shown great courage in engagements, possesses the necessary bearing, training, and diligently fulfills the duties of a Voltigeur second lieutenant." Signed by "Colonel Estève."
Black ink stamp "118th LINE REGIMENT."
