The 21st Infantry Regiment (21st RI) is an infantry regiment of the French Army created during the Revolution from the Guyenne regiment, a regiment from the Ancien Régime.
1803: the 21st half-brigade is renamed the 21st Line Infantry Regiment and incorporates the remnants of the 1st and 2nd battalions of the 109th half-brigade of the second formation.
