Round stamp in red ink "ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL" with the eagle with spread wings resting on a pedestal marked "52", following the model of the 1804 flag eagles.
"Made in Ferrara (Italy) on November 30, 1806".
Followed by five signatures including "Grobon".
