"I, the undersigned commanding officer of the Place du Quesnoy, certify that since the seventh pluviose year twelve * when the 3rd Battalion of the 75th Line Infantry Regiment arrived in this place, I have not received any complaints against the officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of this Battalion; on the contrary, the service in the place has been conducted accurately, and discipline and order have been observed with the utmost punctuality.
