"The Minister of War instructs me to inform you, Sir, that, on the account he has rendered to the Emperor and King, of your services and wounds, His Majesty has granted you, by decree of July 11th, 1810, a retirement pay of two hundred francs [...].
On the back, printed instructions for the military recipient of this letter.

Poor condition, folds with tears and losses (outside of the text).
