At the bottom of the document, a handwritten note by J.M. Cousin: "I give full power to my wife Catherine (Méasse?) to do and dispose of whatever pleases her in all matters concerning me, I surrender everything to her for her and the two little girls (...) on February 24, 1812. Signed J Cousin."
