The Administration Council of the 26th Line Infantry Regiment grants a discharge certificate to Joseph KENFOSSE, a rifleman in the 4th Company of the 7th Battalion, born in Cologne. Aged 27, registered in the Corps registration under number 11103, he has been deemed unfit to continue military service.
Done in Napoleon on May 26, 1810.

On the reverse, a certificate of medical examination written on the same day by the chief physician of the military hospital of Napoleon and surgeon aide Major.
