CIVIL FLINTLOCK OFFICER'S PISTOL OF THE NAVY, Former Monarchy. 32533

Octagonal then round brass barrel, decorated with foliage scrolls, length 29.5 cm. Steel tang engraved with scrolls and rods, length with the tang 33.4 cm. Brass lock plate signed "SIMON A PARIS" and hammer engraved with floral motifs. Carved walnut stock with a long relief buttstock adorned with arabesques and silver threads. All fittings in brass. Cap decorated in relief with scrolls and floral motifs. Counterplate engraved with trophy of arms. Wooden ramrod with iron tip.
Total length 46 cm.
