Embroidered in twisted cords and gold sequins. Body embroidered with a design representing a V-shaped baton braid, bordered by a scalloped rod on dark blue, almost black wool cloth; its shield is decorated with a shield embroidered with gadroons and adorned with two stars in silver threads, soutaches, and sew-on sequins, diameter 2.1 cm. The outline of this shield consists of two large turnings: one large in matte braid and shiny spun thread, rolled alternately, and the other similarly but slightly smaller in diameter. Fringes gathered in two rows of large twists known as "spinach seeds" and towards the inside of a row of soft fringes. Body in cardboard lined with dark blue, almost black cloth.
