Chief Battalion representing the Liquidation Council
To His Excellency the Minister of War
Your Excellency,
I have the honor of addressing to Your Excellency various observations on the expenses that Messrs. Teste and Delasalle, inspectors, did not deem admissible in the accounts they verified.
I kindly request Your Excellency to take them into account. I also implore you to consider the notes concerning the amounts spent since the beginning of the liquidation as well as some items included in the cash ledger.
I am enclosing with these observations a document attesting to the expense of 1694 s - 96 c, incurred on the occasion of the feast given to the former head of government. Your Excellency will appreciate its merit.
I remain, Your Excellency, with humble and obedient service.
Signed: Larrouy”.
