- On the letterhead of the Road Observation Battalion of the Army of the Rhine, Imperial Guard / Foot Grenadiers, dated March 29, 1809.
"Received from the Clothing Store of the Foot Grenadiers of the Guard, the quantity of six hundred pairs of shoes for the 2nd detachment of conscripts directed towards Strasbourg.
Total 600 pairs of shoes.
H 25.5 cm x 20.2 cm. 1 page. Good condition, fold marks.
- Beautiful vignette. Letterhead "Imperial Guard / Horse Chasseurs," in Paris on the 24th of 9bre 1809.

Philibert GUIOT, Captain Quartermaster-Treasurer, Member of the Legion of Honor, to His Excellency the Minister of War: "I have the honor to address to your Excellency: a named list of the officers of the Corps as of the 20th of 9bre, indicating the changes that have occurred since the First of January. And a general statement, certified by the Board of Directors, of the campaigns, ranks, titles, and grades in the Legion of Honor of the Officers.
Signed Guiot."
