This table provides the headcount on February 20, the day of departure from Versailles, the number of them admitted to the hospital during the journey, and the headcount on March 22, the day of arrival in Mainz.
- "Situation of the 3rd Division of Artillery, new guard, attached to the said Regiment, Mainz March 23, 1812".
The table provides:
- The headcount of officers, non-commissioned officers, gunners, and horses for the Artillery and Artillery Train
- Description of equipment: wagons, ammunition, prepared ordnance.

* Ralph DUNDAS Tindal, born on February 24, 1773, in Deventer (Netherlands), died on August 4, 1834, in Zeist (Netherlands), is a Dutch general of the Revolution and the Empire. He became colonel-major on November 11, 1810, in the 2nd regiment of foot grenadiers ** of the Imperial Guard, and was promoted to brigadier general on January 2, 1812. He was made a Knight of the Legion of Honor on April 25, 1812, and an Officer of the Order on February 27, 1813. On February 15, 1813, he was appointed Adjutant General of the Imperial Guard.
HISTORY:
1810: 2nd regiment of foot grenadiers of the Imperial Guard formed from the regiment of grenadiers of the Dutch royal guard
** 1811: renamed 3rd regiment of foot grenadiers of the Imperial Guard.
1813: disbanded.
1815: reformed as the 3rd regiment of foot grenadiers of the Imperial Guard.
