The certificate attests that Mr. PATRICE presents all the symptoms of pulmonary consumption: "poor chest conformation, purulent spitting, curvature of the spine and discoloration of the skin..."
"Consequently, We consider the aforementioned Mr. PATRICE to be in a state of absolute disability."
