The unconditional leave is granted to Mr. Antoine LEQUIN, born on October 14, 1774 in Valenciennes, Nord department, "hussar in the 1st Company of the Corps." The document attests to his service with honor and distinction from September 12, 1806, until the day of this leave. Antoine LEQUIN participated in numerous campaigns and was wounded in action.
Done in Paris on October 26, 1808, signed "Félix," and six other initials.
