1 - Three quotes from Marie-Anne Vigier, also known as Mrs. Chaillot, with descriptions of the embroidery of the concerned trumpet banners, featuring designs with approved letters A or B by the Minister, along with the cost of production.
Each document bears a round stamp in black ink "RÉP. FRA." with the mention "25 cen" or "50 men" and an embossed stamp "ADM. DES DOM. DE L'ENREG. ET DU TIMBRE / REP. FRA.".
19 Vendemiaire year 12 and 19 Germinal year 12 (October 12, 1803, and March 9, 1804)
Dimensions: H 24.5 cm x 17 cm.
One document on one and a half pages. The other two on one page.
Good condition, fold marks.
2 - On 19 Pluviôse year 12 (February 9, 1804). Header from the 2nd division. Bureau of the Government Guard.
Minute of the letter written by the chief of the 2nd division to Mrs. Chaillot at 7 Rue Boucherat Marais.
"The Minister has reviewed the quotes you presented for the supply of 14 trumpet banners (7 full dress and 7 undress) to the Artillery of the Government Guard. He instructs me to inform you that the prices requested by this commission seemed too high to him, and he believes he should only grant you 350 s for each full dress banner [...] the same as those granted for the trumpet banners of the cavalry hunters [...]"

The Minister has informed her that he does not want the price of these banners to exceed the one he had allocated for the cavalry hunters' banners [...]
Consequently, Mrs. Chaillot submits new quotes to the Minister [...]
