Fully brass hilt with three transverse rivets and shoulders of the tang appearing on both sides of the handle. Handle intricately carved in the shape of a lion's head, with a transverse perforation in the lion's mouth for the passage of the sword knot. Flat hilt with double inverted quillon. Blade is solid, white, and flat, with a length of 48.3 cm. Black varnished leather scabbard with two brass fittings decorated with lines and scalloped edges, featuring a button for wearing on the belt.

In fairly good condition, with a heavily oxidized blade and a detached back seam of the scabbard.
