Brass hilt. Guard with three branches with stamp on the main branch and serial number "28153". Short tailed pommel. Handle in wood covered with black waxed calfskin, brass filigree. Straight blade with hollow edges, length 87 cm, engraved on the back "Mre d'Armes de Châtt mars 1884 = cavrie légère mle 1822 = Tmé 1883". Buffalo natural leather knot. Steel scabbard with one sling ring.

Saber in very good condition, scabbard in good condition with usual oxidation.
