Brass handle with 15 cords. Steel crossguard with downward curved quillon, stamped "7Z/V 22956". Double-curved Yatagan blade, signed "Manufacture Imple de Mutzig May 1869", length 57.5 cm. Steel scabbard similarly marked at the crossguard.
