BRIGADE GENERAL OFFICER'S SABER OF LIGHT CAVALRY, Model 1822 modified Third Republic. 29510R

Brass hilt. Guard with three branches decorated with laurel branches. Cap with short queue. Quillon decorated with a palmette, with two brass stars. Handle in filigree brass horn. Curved blade with hollow facets, length 92 cm, signed "Manufre Klingenthal Coulaux et Cie". Natural buffalo tie. Steel scabbard with one belt bracelet and steel ring. Scabbard sheath in brown varnished leather closing at the top with two snap buttons.

Very good condition, the end of the scabbard sheath is torn, exposing the blade.
