Uniform in green wool trimmed with crimson, closing straight at the front with 13 black lacquered metal hooks and eyes. Each front flap folds over itself to form two half-crimson plastrons trimmed with green, adorned on their outer and upper part with seven small silver metal uniform buttons, Ø 1.5 cm, stamped with the number "14." Dark green wool collar trimmed with crimson, H 6 cm. Straight cuffs in crimson wool trimmed with green, with straight green wool cuffs trimmed with crimson and adorned with three small uniform buttons. Cuffs topped with a white cotton twill epaulet rank braid with a crimson central stripe, crimson piping on each side, width 4.5 cm. Service chevron in white twill weave, 2 cm wide.
Long crimson trimmed tails with angles adorned with grenades in white cotton thread on scarlet background. False vertical pockets in green wool trimmed with crimson, forming three points, each point adorned with a large uniform button Ø 2.5 cm. Waist knot with two uniform buttons. Crimson wool shoulder strap loops sewn on a green tabs with a small uniform button near the collar.
Interior lining in ecru canvas with the costumer's stamp "EUDES," dark green wool and trimmed at the bottom with an ochre leather band.

Restoration period.
Good to very good condition, some moth holes. Period-appropriate grenades on the cuffs, but not of the correct model. Uniform buttons not of the correct model but from the First Empire - Restoration period. One of the tails is unstitched without tearing on one side.
