DOLMAN.
Made of fine black wool. Fastening straight on the chest, the left side engaging under the right, with seven braids of square cord made of black goat hair; they form seven rows on each front made of four strands of braid joined together, describing parallel and slightly curved lines on the chest. Their ends are finished with a cloverleaf adorned with Milanese pointed olives attached at the base of the cloverleaf to form the frame; each anterior end of the braids on the left side has an eyelet serving as a buttonhole, intended to receive the olive placed at the anterior end of the corresponding braids on the right side.
Straight collar made of base fabric, 5 cm high, bordered with a black goat hair braid, and at the lower part with a black flat braid.
The fronts and lower ends of the dolman are framed with a braid called "soubise-hussar," in goat hair. Two similar braids outline the two vertical seams of the back to the bottom; on these braids, at 15 cm above the bottom, a rosette of the same braid is formed.
Back richly adorned with black soutache forming a decorative trim.
Sleeves finished with a pointed cuff, in black curly sheepskin, bordered with a "soubise-hussar" braid.
Lining in ochre satin.
CAPE.
Made of fine black wool. Fastening straight at the front in the upper part with two clasps. Black velvet collar, 3.5 cm high. Edged with two flat black passementerie braids and richly decorated on the front and back with abundant black flat braid trims.

Good condition, some moth holes, lining of the dolman in poor condition.
