Stamped and cut brass in the shape of a crowned eagle with outstretched wings perched on a globe cut with the number "13", holding the shining thunderbolt of Jupiter in its talons, H 11.8 cm x 10.3 cm. Complete with its attachment stud and identification plate "1428" "688".
