A gilded brass belt buckle plaque, rectangular in shape with cut corners, dimensions 5.9 cm x 5.2 cm, decorated in the center with a non-crowned silver-stamped eagle holding the shining lightning bolt of Jupiter in its talons. The plaque includes its hook and prong, lined with green basane.
