OFFICER'S INFANTRY SABER, model 1821, July Monarchy. 31094
Gilt bronze hilt. Guard with two lateral branches and narrow plate decorated with laurel leaves and acanthus leaves, quillon. Cap with short tail and raised edges. Handle made of wood covered with black waxed calf leather filigreed with brass. Remnants of scarlet cloth tie. Curved blade with hollow edges, 73 cm long, engraved and gilt on a background of military and floral trophies against a blued backdrop.

Poor condition, leather handle damaged, missing a large part of the filigree, oxidized blade, without scabbard.
