Gilt brass hilt. Single-branch guard. Double-shell hilt decorated on the front with a flaming bomb, with folding counterguard. Fully filigreed grip with golden threads. Grooved blade, length 81.5 cm, signed "National arms factory of Châtellerault May 1922 Sword of NCO model 1884".
