Brass single-piece hilt in "oriental" style. Crossguard molded with a sandy background marine anchor emblem. Double straight quillon. Smooth grip handle with a palmette on each face at its upper end. At the top of the handle and on the outer quillon, two brass rings allow for attaching a chain. Curved and flat blade with a long bevel, 63.5 cm in length. Remnants of leather tie.

Good condition, missing the mount's chain, blade shows signs of oxidation from use, missing the scabbard.
