Multi-branch iron hilt with open "pontat" pommel (term used in ordinances of the time). Three-branch guard. Quillon, decorated chape cover with lines, round-shaped pommel, wooden grip entirely filigreed in silver, grooved ferules. Straight, plain blade devoid of decoration, signed at the heel on both sides by the swordsmith ".... L'épée Royale a Paris ..." (difficult to read), length 86.3 cm.
