SHAKO PLATE FOR THE FOOT HUNTER TROOPS OF THE IMPERIAL GUARD, model 1854, Second Empire. 28841
Made of brass, embossed and cut in the shape of a crowned imperial eagle resting on a glistening bundle of fasces with a globe surmounted by a hunting horn. Height 11 cm, width 9.5 cm. Complete with its two rear fixing pins and its stamped brass plaque numbered "137" and dated 1860.

Good condition, missing the small cross at the top of the crown.
