Body made of cardboard covered with goatskin. Front metal plate silvered and embossed with two large facing L's with a fleur-de-lis in the center, topped by the royal crown and framed in the two corners by a flaming bomb. Braided white wool cords. Front white wool pompom. Scarlet wool cap embroidered with a white wool grenade (diameter 15 cm). Height of the cap at the front 34 cm, height at the back 30 cm.
Inner lining composed of a black faux leather band topped with white canvas.
White plume made of rooster feathers, plume height 34 cm, mounted on a metal stem.
Head circumference approximately 70 cm.
