In tricolor silk, scarlet at the bottom, blue at the top, embroidered in the center with a staff lightning bolt in threads, cannetilles and golden sequins. Brass rear tightening buckle. Bordered at the top and bottom with a gold braid. Lined with blue silk.

Good condition, silk split at two corners and at the front, the barbs of the tightening buckle are missing.
