In brass, diamond-shaped, H 11.5 cm, width 11.7 cm, stamped in its center with the crowned imperial eagle holding in its claws the sparkling spindle of Jupiter, placed in a hunting horn with in the lower part the number “5” stamped with oak and laurel branches. A relief molding is struck around its perimeter.
