Silvered copper plate (H 16.7 cm, width 12.4 cm), type 1830, stamped with a rooster with wings folded along the body and looking backwards holding in its talons a parade trumpet with flame bearing the inscription "CHARTE 1830", and placed on a base in the form of a shield stamped with a bomb in a laurel wreath surmounting two laurel branches; the base is bordered in each corner with a large lion's head.
