FIREMAN'S HELMET KNOWN AS "PETITCOLLIN" FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF INDRE-ET-LOIRE, type 1961, Fifth Republic. 25490
Molded in reinforced white fiberglass polyester. A brass plate is affixed to the front, depicting a shield with a flaming bomb, topped with a crown, and framed by oak and laurel branches, with a ribbon at the top bearing the inscription "SAPEURS POMPIERS INDRE & LOIRE." The inside of the helmet has a brown leather and blue canvas lining, similar to the French military helmet model 1951.
