Obverse: In the foreground, an angel placing a laurel wreath on the head of a firefighter, with dangerous situations in which the firefighter may be called to intervene in the background. At the top, the inscription "DEDICATION COURAGE"
Reverse: Oak branch and laurel branch emanating from a blank scroll without any inscription as the medal has not been awarded. In the center, a circle with the name of the organization that awarded the medal, "FRIENDLY UNION OF FIREFIGHTERS OF INDRE-ET-LOIRE."
