Obverse: In the forefront, an angel placing a laurel wreath on the head of a firefighter, while in the background are depicted dangerous situations in which the firefighter may have to intervene. At the top, the inscription "DEDICATION COURAGE"
Reverse: Oak branch and laurel branch emanating from a blank cartouche with no inscription since the medal has not been awarded. In the center, a circle with the name of the organization that awarded the medal inscribed, "UNION AMICALE DES SAPEURS-POMPIERS D’INDRE-ET-LOIRE"
