Bronze hilt. Four-branched guard, with the inscription "93". Cap with a short tail. Grip made of wood covered in black waxed calf leather with brass filigree. Straight blade with a Montmorency tip and fuller, 100 cm long, with the back engraved "Mre Impale de Châtt October 1862 caraber model 1854". Scabbard with two belt rings, marked "7".
