Brass hilt with a six-branch guard forming a shell with the relief arms of the Prince de Condé. Cap with a long tail decorated on the pommel with acanthus leaves and engraved on the back with the initials "DA". Handle made of wood covered with black waxed calf leather with copper filigree. Slightly curved blade with hollow edges, 90.6 cm long, engraved on the back "Manufre Rle du Klingenthal November 1814", stamped with a "B" surrounded by a laurel leaf - J.G. Bick, 1st class controller from 1812 to May 1815, and a "B" under a star - E.L. Borson, inspector, August 1814 - September 1816. Natural buffalo scarf. Steel scabbard with two relief-molded belt rings and decorated with lines, brass chape with a scalloped lower edge decorated with acanthus leaves.

Very good condition, light surface oxidation on the scabbard to clean.
