ADMIRAL'S BELT PLATE, model May 1804, First Empire. 21268
Rectangular H 6.8 cm, width 9.4 cm with curvature, width 8.5 cm without curvature. Stamped and gilded brass cover plate of a naval anchor with civic crown, set on a bundle of flags with oak and laurel branches, all framed by a flat projecting molding with twisted central part. Copper tray complete with its hook and its two-barbed trigger guard.
