1st HUSSARS' DOLMAN, MODEL 1860, SECOND EMPIRE.
Made of sky blue wool with 18 white wool braids on the front, adorned with three rows of tin-plated buttons and half-bells. Collar and cuffs in madder red wool, edged in white. Lining in off-white canvas with a leather belt at the bottom, bearing the seal of approval of the 1st hussars regiment, labeled "1034" and dated from the first quarter of 1866.
In fairly good condition, the internal leather belt shows some wear, the right sleeve has a significant repair with replaced wool over a height of 26 cm (using wool of the same color but slightly later).
