In patinated bronze, round in shape, diameter 5.1 cm. Obverse representing the bust of the general in a half-round hump with the inscription “GENERAL FOY DEPUTY OF AISNE”. Reverse surrounded by a laurel branch with inscription “BORN IN HAM, DEP. DE LA SOMME, FEBRUARY 3, 1775. DIED IN PARIS, NOVEMBER 28, 1825.”
