Full dress uniform of a junior engineer from the Bridges and Roads department, according to the 1852 regulations, made of national blue wool, cut straight at the front and adorned with nine gold buttons featuring a relief eagle, uncrowned, with the inscription "Ponts et Chaussées" below, and at the lower part, laurel branches. The coat, with crimson collar and cuffs, is embroidered with gold bullion, depicting intertwined laurel branches with a ribbon, topped with a rod at the collar, cuffs, and emblem.
Black felt bicorn hat with black ostrich feathers, embossed tricolor cockade, gold-patterned laurel branches intertwined with a ribbon and topped with a rod on black velvet and a golden button with a relief eagle, uncrowned, with the inscription "Ponts et Chaussées", surrounded at the bottom by an oak and laurel wreath. The hat bears the mark of the hatter printed in black inside: Maison Ambrois, Lacger et Cie, suppliers to the Imperial Staff Corps, 22 rue de la Chaussée d'Antin, Paris.
Trousers made of national blue wool with a golden embroidered stripe on the seam, featuring intertwined laurel branches with a ribbon. Belt buckle at the back of the trousers with the manufacturer's inscription: S.P.
