OFFICER BUTTON OF THE NATIONAL GUARD, REVOLUTION, 1789-1792.

This specimen is made of gilded brass, mounted on beech wood, stamped with a coat of arms of France crowned, surrounded by laurel branches, and encircled by a beaded framing rod. A rare variant not listed in Louis Fallou's work. Diameter 2.8 cm.
