Black patent leather case with silver sides (H 7 cm, width 15 cm, depth 3 cm). Black patent leather heart-shaped flap at the bottom, framed with a 5 mm wide silver trim; in the center, a silver crown composed of an oak leaf and a laurel leaf is attached (H 5.5 cm, width 6.5 cm). At the center of this crown is an imperial eagle with a crown in silver (H 3.6 cm, width 2.3 cm).
Ribbon made of long-grain waxed black morocco leather (width 6.2 cm). Its outer face is entirely covered with a silver braid. The fittings are in silvered metal decorated with spider webs and palmettes; the two fittings on the front depict in the upper part a rectangular shield with cut corners embossed in relief with a lion's head, and in the lower part a smooth background shield decorated with an applied crowned imperial eagle and a beaded framing rod.
