BICORNE MILITARY INTENDANT HAT, Third Republic.
Made of black felt with a wide black silk braid, adorned with a black plume. French tricolor silk cockade (blue, white, red). Silver cannetille braid maintained by a silver button stamped with a laurel crown on a background of crossed flags.
Interior lining in pink silk marked in gold with "PAUL STOPIN PALAIS ROYAL", black leather inner headband.
Comes in a natural wood carrying box.

RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned within 8 days of receipt. They must be returned by registered mail at the sender's expense, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
