SMALL DRESS POLICE CAP OF AN OFFICER FROM THE PUYSEGUR COMPANY OF THE KING'S BODYGUARD, Restoration period 1814-1825. 34434
Made of dark green cloth, false flame adorned with silver thread cords. Pink piped headband in the color of the second company, measuring 190 mm at the front, 155 mm at the back, and 115 mm in the middle; at the front, there is a fleur de lis embroidered in silver cannetille (45 mm x 36 mm). The top of the headband is bordered with a silver braid woven similarly to the braid of the King's Bodyguard (width 36 mm).
Pompon in silver trimmings (height of the tassel 15 mm; height of the fringes 40 mm). Fully lined interior with black waxed kid leather. Total height 215 mm.
